Overview

This book by Beop Sang teaches how to practice a Buddhist mindset. It introduces four mental practices which help readers reach the truth, escape from suffering and resolve all issues in life: "accept," "let go," "draw in," and "acknowledge." This book explores how to practice these four mindsets while asking the questions, "How shall I live my life?" and "What does it mean to live wisely?"
