Overview

This book is a guide to life that gives strength and wisdom to us who are striving to live a "This is Me" life.

Book Intro

A lecture of life time, with 80 million YouTube views and 300,000 subscriptions! This book conveys the insights that the author gained by questioning himself "Are you going to keep living as you have lived?," and his efforts of how to change his life.

Based on his experience of delivering lectures on change and communication more than 500 times and 2,000 hours a year, Kim Changok presents what the essence of life is. This book comprises a total of four chapters: "Self-Teller," about how to listen to your inner voice, "Self-Care," about how to take care of yourself first, "Self Esteem," about how to respect and love yourself as you are, and "Self Development," about how to grow into a real adult. It will open a new page in the lives of those who seem to stumble over barriers, to those who want to have ownership of their lives, and to those who want to find the "true me."

Kim Changok

Kim Changok (M) is a representative Korean lecturer who lectures on change and communication more than 500 times and 2,000 hours every year. He has delivered lectures at a number of companies, including Samsung Electronics, LG, and POSCO, as well as the Blue House, government agencies, and other organizations. He graduated from a technical high school and failed to enter college. So he volunteered for the Marine Corps. One day, while struggling with inferiority and failure, a question came to him, "How long have you been happy?" At the turning point in his life, he began to ask himself again.
