Overview

This book tells the secrets of people who use their brains well, from the principle of information processing by the brain to detailed training methods for increasing studying, reading and working capabilities using logical thinking.

Book Intro

If the results are not satisfactory despite your effort, the reason is how you used your brain!

Code your thinking according to the principle of how the brain works.

"How to use your brain well" is told by the "master of thinking techniques," the thinking programmer Hong Jinpyo.

This book focuses on the principle of how thinking operates inside our brain.

The first step in becoming a master of thinking techniques is "logic coding." Human memories are limited. Our brains do not save information as it is. They categorize things based on, for example, exterior appearance, characteristics and situation. The book introduces "chunking," or understanding information by dividing it into meaningful chunks, and logical thinking through McKinsey logical thinking.

The second step is "language coding," which is organizing your thoughts using language.

As Wittgenstein said, "The limit of my language is the limit of my world," thinking expands and forms shape through language. "Language coding" teaches a method to train thinking using question words and a training method to organize thoughts logically through the principle of summarizing that organizes the writing's key points. Can any one who learns thinking techniques get better at it? The answer is "yes." This book contains the fundamentals of the brain and a detailed training method that is in line with it. It is, literally, "a user manual for the product called thinking." Thinking Coding: The Secrets of People who Use their Brains Well will transform people who overstrain their brains with too much complex thought into problem solvers who do every thing well. The moment you acquire the secret of thinking coding, you will experience the miracle of being able to fluently work and study without having to memorize a thing mechanically.
