Kingdom is a zombie drama set in the Middle Ages of Korea. It grabbed people's attention as the first Korean drama produced by Netflix. A total of 2,000,000 U.S. dollars was invested on each episode, and Season 2 was confirmed before Season 1 aired. Even Reed Hastings Jr., Netflix's CEO, expressed his praise for it.
The story starts with the resurrection of a dead king. The crown prince, the king's son, is on the run because he's been wrongly accused of treason.
