Overview

The environment of a zoo is designed for the protection and welfare of the animals, but the book makes us think about how those animals see their home.

Book Intro

Is a zoo a home for animals, or a prison? Or a place that protects them? What comes to your mind when you see the wild animals confined in the cages?
By putting on someone else's shoes, so to speak, we get the chance to look at things from a different perspective. If we think about the animals from their point of view, even though we pass by them thoughtlessly in other times, a zoo might not seem like such a comfortable place to rest.
