Overview

This book is a story about the world's most extraordinary, fun and exciting hair salon.

Book Intro

Children have limitless imagination. A small block can become a car racing down the road or even transform into a cool robot. Unlike grownups, children can come up with all sorts of fun and ingenious ideas. Maybe that's why children often make us laugh when we talk to them. Even the most absurd ideas please us and make us remember "I used to think like that when I was little."

In The Gorilla Hair Salon, we meet Hongdoo who hates going to the hairdresser. Despite his mother's nagging, he insists on waiting until his hair grows very long like a curtain. One day, a new hair salon opens in his neighborhood. Its name "The Gorilla Hair Salon" sounds suspicious. When Hongdoo visits the Gorilla Hair Salon with his parents, he is in for the biggest surprise! There are real hairy gorillas working at the hair salon!

Gorilla hairdressers! Isn't that amazing? This book contains the innocent imagination of children. As you turn the pages, you'll have a good laugh thinking, "I used to be like that too."
