Overview

This book is the story of President José Mujica who is poor but happy.

Book Intro

After he becomes a president, José Mujica gives up on many things that he can have or enjoy. He donates everything over the amount of an ordinary person's salary, lives in an ordinary house, and makes a living by farming. Just because he is President doesn't mean he is entitled to have more than others. President Mujica dreams of providing equal opportunity for all, and carries out many policies for five years. This book tells the heartwarming story of his life and philosophy with a calm narrative and beautiful illustrations.
