(English) Riquet with the Tuft
This book contains the story Riquet with the Tuftby Charles Perrault. A smart yet ugly prince named Riquet meets a beautiful yet foolish princess and marries her. Published in 1697, Charles Perrault's Fairy Tales from Past Times with Morals has been adapted and reinterpreted in various genres including film, performing arts and animation.
In this book, Eom Jin-sook's plain writing is combined with Jang Joon-young's beautiful and delicate illustrations to create a special story about Riquet. Looks and intelligence have long been important criteria(Russian) Рике с пучком for judging others. Grownups and children alike talk about someone's appearance or wisdom all the time. "So-and-so is really good-looking". "So-and-so looks cool". "So-and-so is very smart". Regrettably though, people seem to focus on one set of standards these days. That is none other than "physical appearance".
It is impossible to describe someone with just a few words. Everybody has various sides to them, some of which are visible and some invisible. What is visible is not necessarily important, and what is invisible is not necessarily unimportant. In addition, we each have a different value system.

(English) Eom Jin-suk majored in Creative Writing in college and currently reads books and writes essays with children. Um tries to write books that can be enjoyed by people in all age groups. Books Um has authored include Ggeogguryi's Safety Guide for Children (co-authorship).
(Russian) В университете учился по специальности “Литературное творчество”, вместе с детьми читает и пишет книги. Мечтает писать рассказы, которые смогут с удовольствием читать дети всех возрастов. Написал книгу “Энциклопедия детской безопасности” (соавтор).
Jang Junyoung
Jang Junyoung majored in Western Painting at the university and became a freelance illustrator. Books Jang has illustrated include The Magic Club, Talmud, Look at Me, Where Are You, Seahorse?, and Come on!. Books Jang has authored A Frog Croaks Inside my Belly, Crackling Eggs, and What Kind of Noise Is This?
