- Overview
-
This book shows the joys of playing together with friends who are very different from each other, and there's nothing wrong with that.
- Book Intro
-
The slow-going turtle and the quick-dashing rabbit are very different from one another, but when they run and hop together, they experience a greater joy. The huge elephant and the small squirrel are also very different but find greater joy when they skip rope together. The black bear and polar bear are two completely different colors but they have more fun when they're on the seesaw together. The cat loves to eat fish while the donkey prefers carrots; they like different foods but food tastes better when eaten together! Although they look different, think different, and like different things, none of that matters because when they play together they can open up a whole new world!
