L’auteure SEO Yoon Mi s’est dit qu’il faudrait marcher à l’Himalaya qui est un pays natal de son âme lorsque sa vie a été plus dramatique qu’un film en raison de l’accident de sa sœur. « J’ai décidé de chercher une personne qui ferait le chemin avec moi en préparant l’hiver de l’année 2020. Disant que se plonger dans moi-même est le but de ce voyage, elle a nommé son équipe ‘Mon Himalya’. C’était une lutte pour vivre. »
Dans cet ouvrage, le mot « consolation » est bien souvent employé. C’est un ouvrage par lequel l’auteure souhaite dire aux gens qui ont besoin de consolation « Réussissons à vivre ensemble », ce qu’elle voulait entendre par le livre.

Seo Yunmi
Seo Yunmi started doing community welfare activities in Guro, Seoul, with the motto, "the poor also have the right to be healthy." She started to travel around Asia after co-founding Good Travel, a social enterprise. She spent 2 years in working in the mountains and small villages in Nepal. She participated as a team member of Smile Back Nepal, an earthquake recovery project, organized the "Nepal Is Still Beautiful" campaign and joined the "Walk Through the Time of Memories," where a Korean-Nepalese women team hiked through areas affected by the earthquake.
