A story about exploitation and comfort women issues in Korea during the Japanese occupation period. It tells the story of an ordinary 14-year-old girl in a poor rural village in Korea in 1942, when Japanese colonial rule reached its peak. At the time the series was published, Pampered was highly praised for tackling historical issues in a webtoon and was regarded as a must-read work for Korean children.

Lee Mugi
Lee Mugi published the series Pampered on Daum Webtoon from August 2013 to July 2018. His other works include Life Is a Joke, Pickaxe, Life Is a Joke 2, and Troublemaker Again, and he has been publishing the series A Different Species on Naver Webtoon since December 2019. Lee has won numerous awards, including SICAF Notable Artist of the Year in 2014, the Manhwa of Today Award by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism in 2014, the Golden Bridge and History Bridge at the Busan Webtoon Festival in 2018, and the Grand Prize at the Bucheon International Comics Festival in 2019.
