This is a picture book that cheers and gives warm encouragement for the first events in the lives of newborn children. Showing special events that a child goes through for the first time on each page, mothers show the feelings that they weren't able to express in those fleeting moments to their children. This book, which looks like a combination of a growth album and a journal, helps parents and children bond and communicate with each other and talk about yesterday and tomorrow. The original perspective in this book looks at life as a series of first times, and its sensitive, lovely illustrations color our lives with hope. Our children go through many first things as a rite of passage. The first day of flipping over, eating baby food, taking their first step, speaking their first words, and reading. However, these special events aren't the only thing; every single day is special to children. Even in one day, a child sees, hears, looks and discovers many things for the first time. Newness and the concept of a first time mean entering into an unknown world. That is why it is exciting but scary at the same time. When children have someone whom they can trust and be around, they will believe in them and become able to take a big stride toward growth. This book sends warm encouragement to children and mothers who have been through and will encounter many first times.
