    Almain 2 was created when he began his copyright work in 1992 at the Korea Christian Book Service, which was established on May 1, 1991, and changed his name to KCBS Inc. in 2000 and became the new name of the company, which spun off from its parent company, KCBS, in August 2007 to become an independent company called KCBS Literature Agency. (The existing KCBS continues to be wholesale and retailing theological books.) It has been established for 27 years now in 2018, and its target countries are diversified into copyright companies from various countries around the world, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Australia, and Israel. It is the only copyright broker in Korea that only does Christian copyright-related works. Recently, it has been brokerage of copyright affairs, including books on various topics such as management, self-development, and children's books that explicitly or implicitly contain a Christian worldview, as well as a comprehensive range of videos, DVDs, plays, and movies.

    Topaz Agency started in this field in 2007, and has become the leading agency with a special emphasis on Comics from the scratch. The representative, Nam-Ho KIM, had previously worked as a licensing director of the leading ‘Manhwa’ (Korean Comics) publisher named Daewon C.I. Inc. for over 14 years since 1995. It was Kim who has tried to make an effective effort to expand the Korean word ‘Manhwa’   against Japanese ‘Manga’ which had already been popular around the world.
