He is the CEO of The Lab H.

He was lucky enough to be a representative from a job he started as an intern, and he has been independent and has been a professional until now when he founded The Lab H Co., Ltd. in 2007. Currently, he is working as a coaching and workshop facilitator in the fields of leadership, organizational culture, persuasion, and crisis response based on communication skills learned at work.

He served as the communication team leader at MSD, a global pharmaceutical company, and the Korean representative of Edelman, the world's largest independent communication consulting company. In addition, he taught PR, persuasion, and crisis management to students at Kyunghee University, Korea University, Sogang University, Ewha Womans University, and KAIST after receiving a doctorate from KAIST Graduate School of Culture and Technology."
