(English) The author studied at Hanyang University and received a master’s degree in English literature from Northern Illinois University and a doctorate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is currently teaching English and American plays, Shakespeare, films, and culture in the English Department and Cultural Content Department of Gyeongsang National University. He began to study the issues of sexual minorities through his research on English and American plays and films while studying in the United States, and is currently working on linking queer theory with existing philosophies.
