(English) studied Ceramics in college and later studied picture books at the Hankook Illustration School. She has stated that she was able to learn that winter is a sweet and heartwarming season by working on Winter Forest, Sound of Mom's Embrace. Books she has written and illustrated include Granny and the Baby.

(Japanese) 大学で陶芸を専攻し、韓国イラスト学校(hills)を修了した。絵本『泣き声』、『私たちの布団どこへ行った』、『波は私に』、『心の水泳』を企画して絵と文を書いた。愉快な絵本を作りながら爽やかに生きている。
