Kim Minjun  studied Korean painting at university. He debuted as a picture book illustrator when he received the silver prize at the Publication Art Awards in 2000. Kim has illustrated Exploring Life through Vacation, My Puppy Jjoljjol, and Right Girls'Counseling Center. He has also written and illustrated Rainy Day.
