He is a sociologist in science and editorial writer for the Korea JoongAng Daily. He majored sociology at Korea University and research the change in future society following the development of scientific technology in the Ph.D. at Kyung Hee University. He is a veteran journalist who has goen through various entrances includes National Assebly, the Korean presidential residence, Premier's office, the Education Ministry and so on.
