Cho Wonhee studied multimedia design at Hongik University. She is the author and illustrator of books including Ice Boy, Tooth Hunter, and Hate, and the illustrator of Charles and Soap People, among others. She won the Bologna Ragazzi Award in the fiction category for Tooth Hunter in 2017.​
