Chung Han-ah is the author of full-length novels, The Intimate
Stranger, Little Chicago, and Sea of the Moon, as well as the
short story collections Liquor and Vanilla, Annie, and Smiling
for Myself. She has won many literary awards, including the Munhakdongne
Writer’s Award, Kim Yong-ik Fiction Literary Award, Han Mu-sook Literary Award,
Kim Seung-ok Literary Award for Excellence, and the Shim Hun Literary Award. The
Intimate Stranger has been exported to China, Japan, Russia, Taiwan, and Thailand,
and was adapted as Anna in the Coupang Play TV series.
