(English) Choi has worked as a magazine reporter for more than a decade and is currently working as a culinary researcher and food stylist. He is interested in a variety of foods, such as daily food he eats every day as well as health and diet dishes, and special meals suitable for weekends and gatherings. He also presents some sensuous, easy and practical recipes. He published cookbooks such as <Pasta and Salad> <Miracle Diet Table> <Today's Side Dishes> and <Gimbap, Fist Rice, Rice Roll & Sandwich>. He wrote <The Best Diet Plan to Control Diabetes> and <30 Healthy Foods in Daily Life>. He was also in charge of cooking and styling dishes in TV dramas such as <Dating is Tiring But Don't Want to be Lonely>. He sometimes provides catering for small parties and gatherings, as well.
