(English) Yuliya Gwilym was born in Kiev, Ukraine, and studied graphic design in the Netherlands. Currently she writes and illustrates children's books in the Hague, Netherlands and tries to make a nice and peaceful world. 

(Japanese) ウクライナのキエフで生まれ、オランダ・ハーグのロイヤルアカデミーでグラフィックデザインを学ぶ。 絵本はユリアにとって最も好きな媒体であり、彼女は本と物語には社会を変える強力な力があると信じている。現在、オランダ・ハーグで子供向けの絵本の絵を描き、物語を作りながら、親切で平和な世界を作ろうとしている。
