Choi Kwanghyeon is the head professor of Integrated Family Counseling at the Graduate School of Counseling at Hansei University and the Director of Trauma Family Therapy Laboratory. After graduating from graduate school at Yonsei University, he received his PhD in Integrated Family Counseling from the University of Bonn in Germany. Actively working as a clinical counselor at the University of Bonn in Germany and as a therapist at Ruhr Family Therapy Center, Choi has witnessed a lot of conflict and gone through many family experiences in many European countries. He has consulted with numerous families in pain and has made efforts to provide family trauma treatment and heal people’s damaged mental states. His written works include Two Faces of the Family, Discovering Family, I Want to Abandon the Man, Family Building Therapy and Doll Therapy.
