Kim Soeun studied industrial design at Hongik University. Kim works as a freelance illustrator in various fields such as products, advertisement, video, and printing. She has worked on illustration projects such as “Finden Soundrug” with Hansol Education, “♡to♡ FESTIVAL” with DOOTA, “Hello Weather” with YTN(news channel), and SK m&c’s newsletter “MARK” with 601 Bisang(design company). Through the blog of the little bookstore named “Your Mind,” she ran stories titled “Finland Helsinki” and published My First Helsinki, which consisted of the stories. Since 2012, Kim has been posting daily cartoons titled “Butter & Cow” on her personal website and Instagram.
