Min Hyeong-gi obtained his PhD in engineering at Changwon National University. He was head of the Antirex Robot Center and PI at the Mirae Company Surgical Robots Research Center and participated in the development of national standards for the development of educational modules involving robots, AI, and hardware. In his work involving military robots, surgical robots, 3D printers, and optical image stabilization in smartphones, he has gained all sorts of experience in analyzing data collected by robots. His hobby is finding out answers to quotidian questions using data, and currently runs a blog that deals with robotics and data science (http://pinkwink.kr). Recently he has been concentrating on teaching and research into data science, machine learning, and their intersection with robotics.
