Park Jeongeun completed her PhD in Marketing at the University of Alabama. She previously taught at the University of New Hampshire and is currently a professor at Ewha Womans University's School of Business. Her writings have been published in a number of major academic journals including Journal of Marketing Research.

Kwak Minsoon completed her MBA at Helsinki School of Economics. As President of the Korea Sales Institute, she continues to research Korean-style relationship-based sales and currently serves as the CEO of Yeeum Health & Care.
