Heo Yoon studied Korean literature at university and fairy tales at the Children's Book Writers Class. She was awarded the 13th Purun Literary Award in 2015. To date, works by Heo Yoon include The Day Dad Caught a Cold, Because I'm the Older Sister, and Bungeo-Ppang Brothers.
