Noh In-kyung was designated as the Illustrator of the Year at the 2012 Bologna Children's Book Fair for Soso Cancellina and won the 2013 Biennial of Illustration Bratislava (BIB) Golden Apple Prix as well as the 2015 Prix P'tits Mômes for Mr. Tutti and the 100 Water Drops. In 2018, Mr. Bear's Chair was included in the list of titles for Seoul's "One Library, One Book" reading campaign, and in 2024, With the Night and Moon series received the Best Book for Children in Korea award while The King with Donkey Ears was included in the 2024 IBBY Honour List.
