(English) Han Min is a cultural psychologist. He received his Ph.D. in Cultural and Social Psychology from Korea University, and served as a research professor at the Behavioral Science Institute at Korea University, as a postdoctoral fellow at Clark University in the United States, as a senior researcher at the Center for Happiness Research at Seoul National University, and then as a professor at Woosong University’s Center for Liberal Arts. Recently, he has been a lecturer at various universities, while writing and broadcasting at the same time.

He writes articles on the creation and development of culture, cultural differences, and the meaning of culture. He has written Cultural Psychology: The Minds of Asians, Westerners, and Koreans; Why Did Superman Go to America?; Are We Unhappy Now Because We Don’t Know Hygge?
