(English) Kim Yu-jin studied industrial design at Hongik University. The books she has written and drawn so far include A Place for a Turtle, Secrets of the Silk Factory, and Firefighter Cat Choi. Books she has illustrated include Cat of the White Night, Today Shop, Wind Forest Library, and The School Where March Takes a Vacation.

Her book Today Shop was selected for the Illustrator Gallery of the 2022 Asian Festival of Children’s Content (AFCC).

Reminiscing on her childhood when books and drawings were her best friends, she desires to create books that bring joy to children.
