Lee Sanhwa majored in Chemistry at GIST University and earned a master's degree in Physical Chemistry from the graduate school of the same university. He began his work as a writer when Amazon Molly, on online publishing planform Brit G, was selected as a publication support awardee in the second quarter of 2017. He later won the Distinction Award at the 5th science fiction awards in short- to medium-length story category with his work Proven Fact in 2018. He has published a cyberpunk feature novel, An Error Has Occurred, and has also published a number short stories. He likes to challenge biological boundaries and try strange desserts. He believes that the Yangtze River dolphin is still out there alive and well somewhere.
