(English) An ordinary citizen, translator, and a novelist. Author Kim Isaac began her literary career after receiving an outstanding award at the Golden Bough’s 1st Urban Fantasy Contest. She strives to restore erased voices, and is interested in history, women, and mystery. She wrote The Sad Ghost for the female narrative anthology, Beneath Closed Eyes; and ChangHenGe Rewritten for the collection of old short tales, Wolf’s Howl under the Night Clouds. Her first novel Lady Coroner in Joseon was selected for the Korean Wave Cultural Content Seed Project run by the Seoul Business Agency. She earned her B.A. in Chinese culture and communications and M.A. in Chinese theater from Sogang university. 

(Chinese) 作者是一名普通市民，同时也是翻译家和小说家。在黄金树枝第一届都市奇幻小说征文大赛中荣获优秀奖，之后正式开始写作。她一直思索着如何复原作品中隐藏的内容，对历史、女性和怪力乱神的内容充满兴趣。作品包括女性叙事选集中的《密闭的双眼下》中的《哀鬼》，古代故事短篇集《夜云下豺哭》中的《新长恨歌》。她的第一部长篇小说《汉城府，月明之夜》被选中参与了首尔产业振兴院主办的“韩流文化内容播种活动”项目。因为喜爱香港电影、中国电视剧和台湾歌手，她在西江大学学习了中国文化与新闻传播，之后在同校研究生院继续攻读中国戏剧专业。
