The author You Mihee writes poems and picture books for children. She has received a Pencil Poetry Coterie Award, a Best Children’s Poetry Award of Korea, a Children’s Poetry of Today Prize, the 41st Children’s Poetry Award of Korea, a Creative Support Grant from the Seoul Cultural Foundation, and a Daesan Creative Writing Fund.

She authored such children’s poetry collections as Why Do You Calculate So Much?, You Are a Chicken Head!, You Don’t Know My Mind, A Grumbling Frog, My Pal Saw It All and a picture book, A Grasshopper’s Escape.
