With deep interest in things happening around the world, Author Ko Heejung enjoys writing stories which are mostly detective fiction involving characters who solve cases by using their creative imagination and reasoning. Her dream is to continue to write books that offer people joy and warmth. As a screenwriter, she wrote for the TV shows Ding Dong Dang Kindergarten; Bboongbboong-E the Fart Master; Tok! Tok! Boni, Hani; BboBboBbo; Kkoma Chef; EBS DocuPrime; Capitalism; and Parents.  She has also released a number of series books such as Children’s Science Investigator CSI, and Toto Math Playground.

Ko Heejung is interested in world affairs and likes to write stories. She has written many tales of solving cases with wit, imagination, and reasoning. She aims to keep writing good stories that will delight and impress people. As a television writer, she has written for many children’s programs as well as documentaries. Ko Heejung majored in science education at Ewha Womans University, earning a master’s degree. She has taught science at middle, high school and university levels and has written for television programs such as EBS’s Parents, Live Talk Parents, Documentary Prime: Capitalism, Special Lectures on Humanities, as well as a range of children’s programs. She has co-authored EBS Parental Love Prescription, Capitalism, Capitalism Instruction Manual, and has written Children’s Science Detective CSI, Children's Social Detective CSI, Toto Math Playground, Mysterious Cat Detective, and The Immutable Law of Parenting.
