Park Chan-wook debuted as a film director in 1992 with The Moon Is... the Sun's Dream. His films include Joint Security Area, Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance, and Oldboy.   His written works include screenplays for The Handmaiden, Thirst, and Lady Vengeance.
