(English) Ko Kyoungwon has worked as a writer specializing in cats since 2002 and has published 11 books including co-authored ones. Ko has written books about cats in various genres such as cat photo essays, travelogues centered on cats, collections of interviews with artists about cats, picture books, and essays about animal rights. Ko is currently the CEO of Yaong Seoga, a cat-focused publishing company, founded in July 2017.

(Japanese) 記者として勤めていた２００２年から猫専門作家として活動をスタートし、共著を含め１１作品を出版している。主に猫の写真付きエッセイ、猫がテーマの旅行記、猫アーティストのインタビュー集、絵本、動物の権利に関するエッセイなどジャンルはさまざま。２０１７年に猫専門出版社ヤオンソガを設立し、代表を務める。
