Oh Eun was born in Jeongeub in the North Jeolla Province of Korea in 1982. He graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Sociology and received an MA from KAIST Culture Technology. Books created by Oh Eun include the poetry collection Pigs in a Hotel Tassel, a book about robots and epics called You Are a Dangerous Robot. Oh wrote the following books of poems: We Love Ambience, Being to Being, The Heart of Left Hand Hurts, and I Had a Name. And a book about colors and drawings called You, Me and Yellow and Coaxing. He is a current member of the literary circle 'Jakran'. His favorite moments are the times he spends spacing out and slacking off. Oh is the winner of Park In-hwan, Gusang, Hyundae, and Daesan Literature Awards.
