Cho Kyonghee discovered the joy of picture books as an adult, and charmed by picture books that convey stories with words and illustrations, she has been living the life of a picture book writer. She wants to continue and steadily make picture books that relay the voices of children.

She wrote and illustrated the picture books Mom Vending Machine, Dad Vending Machine, and Dreams of the Empty Land, her third picture book.​
