(English) Clipped Fingernails
This book seeks to provide comfort to all readers by telling stories through the passage of time, symbolized by the act of cutting one's nails. The process of cutting nails and having them grow again is an unchanging part of the natural cycle. The book follows the lives of a girl, a pregnant woman, and a grandmother who all live in the same villa. As they cut their nails and watch them grow, they experience love, growth, and separation. The book suggests that all human joys and sorrows also cycle just like the natural world.
