Gyong-Sook Goh



(Russian) Ко Гёнсук родилась в Сеуле в 1972 году. Она изучала восточную живопись в Университете Тангук, после чего окончила магистратуру Женского университета Сукмён по специальности «графический дизайн». Художница нарисовала иллюстрации к детским рассказам «Чачжан, ччампон, тхансуюк», «Навсегда дежурный», «А за лучшее сочинение – какашка», а также книге «Моя мастерская». Помимо этого она является автором книг с иллюстрациями «Заколдованные бутылки», «Сто цветочных горшков», «Великий Мунчхи». Книга «Заколдованные бутылки» в 2006 году завоевала премию BolognaRagazzi Award, а книга «Великий Мунчхи» в 2009 году стала единственным корейским лауреатом международного конкурса иллюстрированных книг CJ.

 

(English) Goh Gyong-Sook was born in Seoul in 1972. Goh majored in Oriental painting at Dankook University and studied graphic design at Sookmyung Women's University. Goh has illustrated classic library books such as Black-Bean-Sauce Noodles, Spicy Seafood Noodles, and Sweet and Sour Pork; Forever Weekly Duty; Poop and Pee; and My Atelier. She is also the author and the illustrator of such books as Magic Bottles; 100 Plant Pots; and Great Moong-chi. Magic Bottles won the 2006 Bologna Ragazzi Award, and Great Moong-chi was selected as one of the five shortlisted books and the only Korean picture book for the first CJ International Picture Book Award.
