Grammar for Foreigners 1: Structure, explains the grammar foreigners must know when communicating in Korean in simple language. It compares Korean language with other languages and focuses on how Korean is used in a real-life situation.

(English) The Korean Grammer for Foreigners 1
Interest in Korean as a foreign language is increasing. But there are hardly any Korean language grammar books for foreigners. Until recently, most Korean grammar books were for middle and high school students in Korea. These grammar books are not approriate for foreigers because they are designed for those who speak Korean as their mother tongue and focuses on teaching grammar rules. But foreigners need a grammar book that can help to produce grammatical Korean sentences.
School grammar is analysis-oriented. But grammar for foreigners is integration-oriented. Unlike native speakers, who have intuiton to mother tongue, it is difficult for foreign learners to tell a grammatical sentence from an ungrammatical one. Foreigners need more detailed explanations. As such, grammar teaching should be about teaching how to form a correct sentence. In other words, a grammar book should explain what grammatical elements are needed in order to form a grammatical sentence.
This book is a Korean language standard grammar dictionary published by the National Institute of Korean Language through 5-years of research of Korean language experts.
This book explains the Korean language's unique characteristics from the perspective of universality and contrastive linguistics. And to improve the foreigner's understanding, Korean grammar is explained with a different perspective than existing ones.
In Grammar for Foreigners 1: Structure, grammar foreigners must know when communicating in Korean is explained using simple language. It compares Korean language and other ones and describes how to use Korean words in a real-life situation.

国立国語院の韓国語標準文法辞典です。最高の専門家たちが5年かけてまとめた韓国語文法が収録されている。1巻「体系編」では、韓国語のコミュニケーションに必要な文法だけを説明した。他の国の言語との比較記述はもちろん、韓国語学習用の語彙を具体的な状況でどのように使うかを中心に記述する。第2巻「用法編」では、主標制900個、仮標制500個の用法を具体的に説明する。韓国語学習者を混乱させる調査、語尾、補助用言の変化を簡単に習得できるようにした。外国人が理解しやすいように短文で用例を掲載した。簡単だが、韓国人でも間違って使っている表現も紹介する。大学の韓国語学堂で最も多く使われている教材である。

(Vietnamese) Đây là một tổ chức thúc đẩy các dự án nghiên cứu nhằm cải thiện sự phát triển của ngôn ngữ Hàn Quốc và đời sống ngôn ngữ của người dân, đồng thời đặt nền tảng cho việc thiết lập chính sách có hệ thống. Tiến hành nghiên cứu có hệ thống và cần thiết để thúc đẩy chính sách ngôn ngữ Hàn Quốc hợp lý, bổ sung và cải thiện các chuẩn mực ngôn ngữ, thu thập tài nguyên ngôn ngữ quốc gia, và tăng cường các dịch vụ thông tin tích hợp để nâng cao sự thuận tiện của đời sống ngôn ngữ quốc gia. Nghiên cứu giúp cải thiện môi trường tiếng Hàn để mọi người có thể giao tiếp thuận lợi và tạo nền tảng nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục tiếng Hàn. Xây dựng và phát hành tài liệu giáo dục tiếng Hàn.
