-
People have been desperately waiting for a mighty man to come and change the world. But when the Mighty Baby is born in a commoner’s house, his parents have to kill him before the people in power do. Just one day before the Mighty Baby comes into his power, he dies, never having the chance to spread his wings. A sad, long sigh comes from deep inside his little soul. The book tries to give comfort to this young soul who died miserably. The Dream of Mighty Baby represents the illustrator's wish to immortalize young children who couldn't fully live their lives, and the parents' desperate wish that no child will become the tragic victim of an accident caused by greedy adults and an irresponsible country.
